Knowledge that belongs to everyone
The knowledge from five decades of machining is no longer locked in individual heads. An internal AI agent brings it together and makes it available to everyone, from apprentice to old hand, even without years of expertise. No chip goes to waste.

Seconds instead of hours
Guidelines, contracts, technical documents? That used to mean digging through folders. Today we ask the question and get an answer right away. The assistant knows cutting data, answers process questions and is available outside core hours too. The time we save goes straight into our customers.
Routine work now runs on the side as well: in marketing, ideas, campaigns and copy come together faster and in a more structured way. Software and support use the KI-Box for troubleshooting and recurring tasks. Our heads stay free for what needs a human touch: good processes for our customers.
Our data stays in-house
The KI-Box sits in our own server room in Leonberg. Sensitive data is processed locally, and we only use public models where the use case allows it. Which case gets which security level is defined by the security framework of our partner for digital IT solutions, SSC Services GmbH from Böblingen. That means: the data belongs to us, the costs are predictable, and we don't depend on external pricing models or geopolitical risks.
We started with a team of five colleagues from IT, management and marketing, trained by SSC. From there, the solution worked its way step by step into the whole company.
Experience becomes an edge
After a good year, we can say: it works. The KI-Box hasn't stayed a pilot project, it grows with every new use case. Routine tasks run faster and more focused, complex expertise is accessible to everyone, onboarding and communication speed up. Internally and externally. Knowledge management of the future? Already part of our everyday work.
